today training is like crazy lah.
ran like 10 rounds around the track.
cause have to take the juniors for jog.
have 4 grps.
so have to go through and foruth 4 times.
the 1st grp i take,
2 person vomitted.
hahahahs.
so after tat grp,
decided to make the training not so tough.
so the last 3 grp were more fortunate.
we did 3rounds around the track
then 50 pumpings and 50 sit-ups
and also suiside run(shuttle run)
after tat they have 3 more stations to complete.
yeah.
if everyday was like tonight. =D
