today training is like crazy lah.ran like 10 rounds around the track.cause have to take the juniors for jog.have 4 grps.so have to go through and foruth 4 times.the 1st grp i take,2 person vomitted.hahahahs.so after tat grp,decided to make the training not so tough.so the last 3 grp were more fortunate.we did 3rounds around the trackthen 50 pumpings and 50 sit-upsand also suiside run(shuttle run)after tat they have 3 more stations to complete.yeah.if everyday was like tonight. =D

came back from bintan yesterday night.first day was like super sucks.like dog like tat lah.they ask us do things but they just sit there and chat.i like the water bridge tat game.quite fun lah.the clients were like dam enthu.oh yeah.we even play poker with the clients.hahahs.and there's like this innocent girl.super cute.but she went home on the 1st day.hmm.2nd day there was like the company pay us to go there play loh.lols.cause we suppose to organise some games.but only a few ppl turn up.so the games were cancelled.we went to play lazer quest.woohoo...got a super good result.plus its dam tiring and fun. =Dafter tat was table tennis.play till the whole table collapse.hahahahs.alright. gtg for lessons le.byeee.

SAJC is like so shiok lahhow i wish i retained in the past, so tat i can get a better result and enter SA.haix.when AJC today.it totally sucks man.and vball tat day is really fun.really appreciated it.why must it be so shit all these while...

today's shopping was like OKAY.dun intend to buy anythingbut bought a vball at last.hahhas.then went IKEA.eat the curry puff while my friends eat the hot dog.the curry puff super nice lah.like... dunnoe how to say lah.hmm.walked the whole IKEA.then saw this section got the DIY stuff.so called my mother and asked if i can buy the table.she just say okay lah.so shocked.hahahas.so i went to choose the colour for the table legs and other stuffthen when i find the table top,DUN HAVE WHITEEE....like wth lah.spent like more than 30mins matching and choosing the colour and find other things then in the end dun have.still thought of using it tonight but.....nvm.hope to get a new one before sch reopens. =Dtml SENTOSA-ING.hahahs.so looking forward to it lah.i miss vball lots ...oh yeah.piglet. take careand dun be too sad.everything will be fine. =D
